Google's first summit for developers using client-side AI
A summit for creating an AI that can run client-side using JavaScript libraries (such as Transformers.js) was recently hosted and brought us Web neural network (WebNN) API that expands on WebAssembly and WebGPU techologies.
I think that this is great news, as we can now have faster AI that works on the user's machine which makes it better alternative for privacy depending on it's application.
We will see AI on the rise with it's ease of implementation for JavaScript developers.
